Why does your company sponsor FEI Tampa Bay Chapter?

Wells Fargo sponsors the FEI Tampa Bay Chapter because it brings together a highly engaged community of senior financial leaders across the Tampa Bay market. FEI provides a trusted forum for thought leadership, and professional development, which aligns closely with our commitment to supporting the finance community. The chapter’s focus on meaningful, local engagement allows us to build relationships and stay close to market trends.

What is the most rewarding part of being involved in FEI Tampa Bay?

The most rewarding part of being involved in FEI Tampa Bay is the quality of senior financial leaders who are willing to share real‑world experiences and challenges. That openness combined with strong local engagement creates meaningful learning opportunities and lasting professional connections that go well beyond traditional networking. Also, as a native to the Tampa Bay area, there is a unique satisfaction in supporting the objectives of our locally based businesses.

How does your company provide value to finance executives in the Tampa Bay area?

We provide value to finance executives in the Tampa Bay area by serving as a long‑term, relationship‑focused partner rather than a transactional provider. Our local team brings industry perspective, capital markets insight, and practical experience to help finance leaders navigate growth, liquidity, and risk across market cycles. Wells Fargo provides a unique combination of global financial scale and local expertise specifically tailored to the Florida West Coast market.

What is your best networking tip?

Focus on curiosity, not transactions. Ask good questions, listen closely, and look for ways to be helpful without expecting anything in return. The strongest relationships are built over time, not at events.

What are some of your personal hobbies outside of work?

I enjoy staying active and like to get out on the water as much as possible. Fishing, cruising, or exploring our beautiful coastline. I also love to travel or tackle home projects. Whether it’s improving something around the house or working in the yard, I enjoy staying busy and working with my hands to unwind.
