Peter Getchell is a Transformation Executive Coach at Siven Group, where he partners with high-performing executives to build their ability to lead business transformations. Over more than 25 years, he has led transformations in the $50–$100 million range, and he has drawn on that experience to build a curriculum designed specifically for internal executives: first establishing awareness of the full demands of any transformation, then building strength where each leader's situation needs it most.
